This beautiful bright jam made its debut at our first market and was an instant sell out. Orange juice, crushed pineapple, grenadine, and of course tequila. This one is just as at home on a biscuit or a bowl of vanilla ice cream as a topping.

One of our top selling jellies. Mango nectar, lime, and champange. This is a jelly with a soft jell and will serve easily as a glaze on pork or chicken.

Georgia on My Mind
Nothing says southern like peaches and bourbon. There’s a bit of crystalized ginger in this one to give it a bit of kick - and bourbon of course.

Texas Two Step
This was a customer request. Blackberries and jalapeno jam. There’s a hint of apple to sweeten this one, and the heat is just enough without overwhelming the flavors. This one goes well with cream cheese and crackers.

Peaches with Sass
Another spicy jam, this one is the hub’s favorite Peaches and jalapenos in this one. Try it on a turkey breast sandwich or a cheese tray.

Chocolate Cherry Truffle
My customers tell me they eat this one straight from the jar with a spoon! Sweet cherries, chocolate, and chocolate liqueur. Warm it and put it on vanilla ice cream. Hub loves this one in vanilla yogurt.
